Londoners aren't fat, neither are New Yorkers, Parisians, people who live in Dallas, D.C., Miami, Boston, San Francisco, Newport. I can't think of one major city I've been to where there was a significant number of overweight people. Only Disneyworld/Epcot, is that a city?

That's incorrect. There's plenty wrong with it. This bull about "don't fat-shame yourself, love yourself" is oxymoronic. If you love yourself, you want to be healthy not precipitate avoidable medical problems like diabetes.
Anyway, Miley isn't fat just a little overweight. She feels fat because she wants to be skinny.
