Does anybody know the address of the location for Felix's house? I am guessing it's on Malibu Road, but not sure. Thanks!

I don't know the address, but I DO know that it is (or at least was) actually Blake Edwards' and Julie Andrews' home in Malibu. My late father was a musician who entertained at Julie Andrews' 50th birthday party which was held in a big tent on the same beach. Dad struck up a conversation with Richard Mulligan who was a guest that night. The garage wall through which Felix's car crashes was a facade built next to the actual house for that one stunt.

Thanks to the internet, I can reply 9 years later with some information.
The beach house appears not to exist anymore, and the land where it stood has a very modern looking home on it. The new home appears to be this one:

Kinda sad that these charming beach homes that used to be commonplace in Malibu (and so many other beaches) have been demolished and replaced by some Villa de Vulgar.
