No, they don’t arrive until 1990 and 1989 respectively, I think.
Heather is ok as a character, I just find her job boring which is what many of her storylines revolve around.

Big Ron? He died in real life in the 90s. Tracey and Winston are still in it though and have been since the beginning. There’s another couple of extras too called Shrimpy and Marie.
