Seemed an unlikely storyline.

I know Mandy, Beth & Rachel were in a form of 'witness protection' pending Trevor's parole, but it's possible that they may have told some friends/family who let it slip to Trevor, or he bullied it out of them.

God I remember, as a 4 year-old, the advert for that storyline I think there's a telephone and a woman's hand goes on it and a man's hand throws the phone away, or something.
