Diane was a snobby narcissist and Rebecca was a sociopath. Both were incredibly annoying at times but Diane had a good heart whereas Rebecca would throw you under a bus to get what she wanted. So Diane.

I agree with your assessment of both, but I can't choose because Diane was so mean to Sam. Seemed to enjoy hurting him. Leaving personalities aside, I found Diane to be much more beautiful, although Rebecca became sexy in the last few episodes.

She was fatter towards the end. If anything, Rebecca was hotter earlier on. The 64th season especially.

Diane, she seemed genuinely nice. Rebecca started out as a hardass and devolved into an emotional mess in later episodes. Neither personalities are attractive.
