So many quality sci-fi and fantasy movies as it was Sci-fi/fantasy geek heaven that year.
You had Blade Runner, The Thing, ET, Star Trek II, Conan the Barbarian, this movie, Beastmaster, Sword and The Sorcerer, The Secret of NIMH, The Last Unicorn, The Flight of Dragons and Tron.

The only one I don't care for is ET. Was never a fan.

Yes. Loved all those movies. Tron's my least favorite though. But the others are fantastic.

You're right..1982 was a damned good year. And I've seen almost all the movies except The Flight of Dragons. I'm linking all movies pertaining to 1982

Plenty of excellent and now "classic" movies in any genre.

                Flight of Dragons is excellent.
And you remember those other movies even The Last Unicorn?
