It freaked me out so much as a child so much that I can't bring myself to watch it. I suppose it'd be an entirely different experience when it's not all fuzzy on VHS anyway.

You should try to watch it on Blu-Ray. The details are amazing!

I'll try and muster up the courage to do so. TBH even Labyrinth freaks me out a bit even now.
        Puppets are creepy little things.

Some things need time to get used to 😉
How old are you if I may ask?

25! It's just puppets that creep me out really, probably due to seeing Childsplay when I was 4.

Ok, I understand. Damn Childsplay movies
Hmm, try to watch DARK CRYSTAL thinking those are REAL creatures, NOT puppets.
They do look real after all. Maybe that helps.

I absolutely agree. I cannot bring myself to watch this film. It absolutely terrifies me. I love watching scary and horror gonna but cannot even go near this one without quaking in fear!

Try thinking of any dramatic movie you have seen that is similar to this movie. Think about feeling what the characters in this movie are feeling. It might make you less freaked out.
