It's a tough call between this camp classic and the completely unknown (but very "special" in its own right) Delta Force One: The Lost Patrol (2000)
www.imdb.com/board/10176650/‎ with John Rhys-Davies (Sallah from Indiana Jones and dwarf warrior Gimli from Lord of the Rings movies).
Do you agree or do you have your own better examples?

Well, since it predates GI Joe (cartoon version, anyway).
Fortunately, Ah keep mah feathers numbered for just such an emergency!
