You've got a budget of $90M and a mandate to make it with the same sort of spirit as Hal Needham. Who do you cast as the Commander, Dallas, ect?
And what sort of tech does MegaForce get in the new movie?
I'm personally going with fusion powered Segways with black hole projecters on the handlebars, but I'd like to see what others think.

I take my share of the budget and cash out of the project.
The first one was a whole hearted effort on Needham's part, but I think he knew he was out of his league when he saw what he had shot.
I mean, it was meant for kids, but think even kids, with upgraded effects technology at the time, were a little more savvy.

          Cast:
          William 'Ace' Hunter: Chris Pratt
          Lt. Vincent Dallas: Unknown
          Hotaro Suki: Unknown
          Duke Guerera: Adrien Brody
          John Sixkiller: Adam Beach
          Director
          Michael Bay
          Writer
          Orci & Kurtzman
The tech is hydrogen fusion powered attack bikes with rocket guns, APC's with same (plus missiles) jet fighters with rockets, tanks with all the up-to-date stuff that tanks have now (but to the Nth degree for these guys), helicopters (if any) like the ones in
          Avatar
, and also suits similar to the ones in
          Edge of Tomorrow
          .
And oh yeah, the movie will be animated by an animation studio (style similar to
          Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within
          .)
