This movie needs a Blu Ray release with restored cut scenes!

Absolutely agree. I emailed Synapse Films about releasing both this and the Spanish slasher, "Edge of the Axe" (1988), on Blu-ray. I got a response saying they're interested in both, and they asked if I knew who owns the rights. I told them the companies that released them on VHS, but that's all I know. Hopefully they'll be able to track them down!

I still have an aged video of this wonderful and under recognised film, purchased at a video shop sale years ago.
Unlikely it will ever get a DVD release.

Severin Films are putting this film out on Blu-ray in February.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.
