Ukraine hits Russia's second-largest Oil Refinery +++
In attacks on the Russian oil industry, Ukraine also targeted the large Kirishi refinery near St. Petersburg with combat drones. Regional Governor Drosdenko confirmed on Telegram that there were damages in an industrial area of Kirishi. 21 enemy aircraft were reportedly destroyed over the area. Telegram channels, citing local residents, reported fires at the refinery. Kirishi is the second-largest refinery in Russia and can process 20 million tons of oil annually. In Ukraine, the 414th Drone Brigade reported a triple strike against the oil industry in northwestern Russia. First on Monday, oil tanks and loading facilities at the port of Primorsk on the Gulf of Finland were set ablaze. On Wednesday, an attack was carried out on the port of Ust-Luga, which is crucial for the export of crude oil and liquefied natural gas (LNG). The third step was the attack on Kirishi. The aim is to halt Russian oil exports via the Baltic Sea and thus cut off the Kremlin from a vital source of funding for its war against Ukraine. Fires and plumes of smoke stretching for kilometers were observed after each attack. There's no confirmed info on the extent of damage to the facilities.

Russia auctions off Gold Deposits in occupied Ukrainian Luhansk +++
Russia is auctioning off mineral resources in occupied Ukrainian territories, including a gold deposit in the Luhansk region. This was reported by Reuters, citing auction documents. announces Arms Cooperation with Saudi Arabia

The Defense Ministries of Ukraine and Saudi Arabia agreed on arms cooperation and signed an initial agreement.
"It lays the foundation for further contracts, technological cooperation, investments and strengthens Ukraine's international role as a security provider,"
President Zelensky wrote on X. Zelensky met with Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Zelensky pointed to Ukraine's existing expertise in defending against drones and ballistic missiles in the war against Russia. Kyiv is prepared to share this expertise with Riyadh.
"And Saudi Arabia has what Ukraine is interested in,"
he wrote, without providing further details.

Latvia accuses Russia of Disinformation Campaign +++

Rubio accuses Zelensky of lying +++
U.S. Secretary of State Rubio accused Ukrainian President Zelensky of spreading false statements about Washington's position in the Ukraine negotiations.
"That's a lie,"
Rubio said on the sidelines of the G7 summit in Paris. He referred to statements by Zelensky that the USA insisted on the cession of the entire Donbas region in eastern Ukraine to Russia as a prerequisite for security guarantees.
"I heard that he said that, and it's regrettable that he said it because he knows it's not true,"

Russian Losses in the Ukraine +++
The Ukrainian General Staff published new casualty figures for Russian troops in the Ukraine. According to the report, Russia lost around 1.294.470 soldiers (dead and injured) since Russia's full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022. The losses in the last 24 hours alone were 1,300 soldiers, 4 tanks, 73 artillery systems and 1501 drones. Russian losses in total include 11,812 tanks, 38,963 artillery systems, 1,337 anti-aircraft systems, 435 aircraft, 350 helis, 202,112 drones, 33 ships and 2 submarines. Western estimates are lower, but these are only minimum figures.

Russians build new Bunkers in Russia +++
