"Black miliatant joins the Obama admistration and we accept it "
Yeah, I much prefer the old way when poor people, or people in dangerous jobs can't afford proper healthcare and are ripped off by insurance companies.
Maybe the USA needs to wake up to the kind of healthcare that the rest of the civilised world has provided the needy with for decades, instead of a parasitic free-for-all. If anything resembles the Visitors, it's these parasitic health insurers. -

People hated scientists because they thought there was a global conspiracy of scientists against the Visitors. In the beginning, 99.9% of Earth saw the Visitors as peaceful and welcomed them. The Visitors were going to help Earth in exchange for Earth helping them. They would share technology, ecological advancements and cures to many of diseases, such as Cancer. IF there was a conspiracy against the Visitors, it could potentially upset the "friendship" and jeopordize the sharing of many things. THAT is one of the reasons people hated scientists.
Then there is also the angle that human authority figures were also condemning some of the scientists, and lots of people jump on the "if-the-government-says-it's-evil, it-must-be-evil" bandwagon. That happens to this day AND in America. This also crosses into the people that see it as their civic duty to help authority combat criminals by coming forward with info about them.
Add in the people that just look for a reason/excuse to hate another group of people
See. It's not so far fetched.

It was an allegory to Nazi Germany getting people to hate Jewish people. The reason the scientists were ousted was the fact that they could find out what the aliens really looked like and that isn't what the aliens wanted.

If you think about it, why are teachers being hated today? Or unions? Or _____ (name it)?
I'm not suggesting anything, but there is a line between reasonable criticisms and scapegoating, and those with motives and ulterior motives will be more inclined to inject criticisms as means to distract.
Sadly, the 2009 pilot alone has so many gaffes - but only one really need to be said: the new bunch have already been on earth for decades - which was why they didn't bother shutting off their transmissions when their "surprise visit" had managed to creep out every other iota of communication the FBI was tracking. I mean, who ion the FBI would be bothered to keep track of transmissions at that point, apart from - you know, logging devices to record the anomaly?!!!!! Tthe original V aliens spent time figuring out humanity for a while and then showed up, but the new ones have been around on earth and still couldn't figure out something so obvious?)
The original mini, and far more so for the 1984 and 1985 spinoffs, had a few issues, but they are rock-solid compared to the drivel that ABC gave the green light to. -

Well for one thing the aliens gave earth the cure for cancer.
How that works is a gaff because aliens would have different DNA to humans so how could they cure human cancer.. But asume they can.
They then say all the scientists were holding this research back from the public. -

Try to find a parallel to groups of people being derided today.
Think about it for a while; you might find some parallels. Throw in a bit of psychology, notice why the Visitors had scientist-types ostracized, and then apply to the groups of people you've found being derided today.
