I was stunned when I noticed how the dialogs in V is relevant and applicable to the current adminstration 25 years later

Sadly, someone is using the new V series to make a commentary on the Obama administration. I really don't appreciate that element of the new series so far.
Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?

If the fascist mobs you're referring to are tea party attendees then that's ridiculous. The man who organized the one in Indiana, where I live, is a regular business owner. He's now running against Evan Bayh. I don't believe in silencing a news organization, if that's what the Bush administration was doing, but I do think that there is more than one side to every story. I investigate things. I don't just listen to the news, on any channel, to get my facts. I don't believe in total government control either & that is what V centers on. The loss of freedom & the fight against the loss of freedom.

After reading these comments and seeing how some have fallen for the propaganda put out by the current corrupt administration and its lap dogs at CNN, NBC, ABC,CBS, MSNBC, News Week, New York Times, etc etc etc, I really believe that it is too late for this country.
The slide to solicialism and then to tyrany is unstoppable.

Unless George W Bush and Reagan were socialists I mean, just google "Obama Bush third term" or "Obama is Bush 2.0" and read the opinions of people who aren't going to agree with your claims. (Try going to some political forums as well, if you really want to discuss details with others) -

History is replete with such examples.
Right down to "It Can't Happen Here" (1935?).
And be careful; there is a difference between actual connections and wrongly perceived ones (or what you want to see). If you think the 1983 miniseries was envisioning Obama, that's a little cuckoo never mind other administrations -

Bush, Clinton, Bush and Obama have all been terrible for this country. All of them had or have socialistic/communistic tendencies. The fact that some people want Hillary Clinton to run for president in 2016 is a clear indicator of just how stupid and dumbed down the masses have become. The majority of Americans want to be controlled and they are too dumb to even be aware of it. Go ahead and debate all you want about FOX news and CNN and which one that you think is telling the truth. You are only adding to the stupidity and are keeping both sides (Democrat and Republican) happy by being divided. It's your division that continues to make you easier to control. Both Democrat and Republican parties are dead. There is only one party running this country (and for that matter the entire world) and that party is the party of the elite class. You are nothing to them. They look at all of you as if you are ants just waiting to be stomped on! The left is bad and the right is bad. If you are left- you are left of the constitution. If you are right- you are right of the constitution. Neither party was envisioned by our founders and George Washington himself despised the notion of a two party system because he knew that it would divide the country. And if you are one of those morons who believe that the constitution is outdated then I have no sympathy for your stupid, brainwashed ass!
All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.
