Noted horror author Dennis Etchison, who wrote the novelizations for The Fog, Videodrome, and the second & third Halloween movies under the pseudonym Jack Martin, has just died at the age of 76. Moreover, Etchison also co-wrote a script treatment for Halloween 4 that was never used.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.

That is very sad. He was a great writer there is no doubt about that.
