I assume that's not her real voice, is it?
I've seen her in TERRORVISION and HAMBURGER: THE MOTION PICTURE. And yes she still has that weird voice.

She doesn't have a big role, but bigger than in this film. She's just someone the parents plan to "swing" with. She cut her hair too.

No that is not her real voice. If it was I think that it would annoy anyone if they heard her speak. Yes Randi Brooks was the hot looking blonde with a perfect body.
