I'm sory if I come as an idiot or something, but what is the "You cooked her nines" line meant to be? Is it a play on some old joke, or something?

Right. I think the line is just an example of the bizarre dialogue and surreal tangents this film takes. I don't think it's a reference to anything in our world.

What? No. As the person you drunkenly replied to already stated, it was a very approriate and sensible statement, she skipped 9 in counting.
What followed was pure nonsense.
