    The Kevin Scott character, the sixth character the men looked down upon. As he was not in combat despite having the training and all of that. As he really had no right to tell those seasoned vets what to do and how to train.
    Because if they were raw recruits, that would be one story. But these were seasoned vets. He had no business whatsoever, to tell these seasoned vets what to do. And who could blame them for resenting him at first.
    Loved that fight of Swayze's and Tex Cobb and the characer became human after the Hackman character revealed that his father was shot down and was an MIA in Vietnam. Was the reason Swayze's character was there. And they became one.
