were the producers eluding to the fact that children are sold into sex slavery in 3rd world countries like Columbia ? that's my theory, it was kinda creepy watching a little boy dance all by himself in an Adult club with greasy old men hanging around

People should not see something sexual in everywhere. I think the kid was just some little rascal, a petty thief, quite likely a son of one the men in the club, who was just having fun dancing with himself.
