      Yep! The guy who played the original Skeletor did the voice of Seaspray, Alan Oppenheimer. He also did; Beachcomber, Warpath, and Breakdown on Transformers as well.

        Seaspray's voice had previously been used by Oppenheimer on the original He-Man cartoon as the voice of Mer-Man.
        On the subject, Scott McNeill, Waspinator from Beast Wars, used a similar gurgling voice for Mer-Man on the 2002 He-Man cartoon.
