Thank you. At least nobody believes anymore that the Classical period was only FJH and WAM, or that the Baroque was strictly JS Bach and Handel.
Here are the 10 Bs:
JS Bach of Germany
Bartok of Hungary
Beethoven of Germany
Berlioz of France
Biber of Bohemia
Boccherini of Italy
Brahms of Germany
Britten of the UK
Bruckner of Austria
Byrd of England
Biber von Bibern is particularly significant for Wolfgang Amadeus because the sacred music he wrote for the archdiocese of Salzburg exerted a great influence upon that of his future successors, Mozart and JM Haydn.

Based on what works of his I've heard, I'd agree that some of Salieri's orchestral suites, overtures, and individual arias deserve to be performed occasionally, perhaps as filler material in a concert where the works of better-known and greater composers are featured. But I can't imagine too many people going to a concert just to hear Salieri performed.
I'd put Salieri in the same "good but not great" category as his contemporary Muzio Clementi.
