he wasn't stupid at all. and no he couldn't buy **** off the street. he didn't even pay for his 90mg a month because he had medicaid. but his mind wasn't working properly. he was hearing stuff, couldn't sleep. he didn't seem that different to me the one time i paid him a visit after being worried, but i couldn't get inside his head.
he tried to taper off, but within the first 3 weeks, he was already going through ****. I had no idea how to help him. he was on that **** for 15 yrs and his psychiatrist drug tested him, found out he had norco in his system, and cut him off immediately. -

Oh, that's great. Seems like you've come to a homeostasis that's really working for you, GB. And I really have to agree on that last part, although I hardly ever do anything and am a total lightweight myself now, but I get that that's not the point.

I learned a lot from my drugging days though and I wouldn't change it if I could. Some great times and some catastrophe.
