Speaking as a trans male myself, you don’t go right into a “sex change.” First you have to transition and live that way for years before a genital reassignment comes into question. That’s the very final step, if a step at all.
You haven’t even cut your hair and changed your clothes yet, then comes hormone therapy. Doctors won’t operate until you’re a fully transitioned male in every other aspect of your life. You’re not ready. -

Nuthin wrong with you being a big fat girl, just more to love, hold onto and keep me warm during cold winter nights. Not expectin you to do much cookin at first, baby steps. Making me a PB=Jelly sandwich, grilled cheese and ham pickled sandwiches at the start before becoming the perfect housewife. Once we get serious, we'll have to sort out our living arrangements thou.

It's in her meds/drugs, idiot. Antipsychotics on a higher than lowest dosage makes you f_cking depressed, I experienced it
once.
But it's a common side effect. I kept telling her, but she's too stupid to listen, and keeps pill-swallowing away her life.
