Sarah for sure. She should have survived. But honestly, what makes this movie work so well is the whole teen cast is so likeable. They're all nice people (with the exclusion of the above mentioned twin, but even in her defense she just didn't want to be groped by Ted I suppose?).
Still, Sarah is the hardest for me to stomach. -

Jimmy and Doug, they should have survived along with Tommy through the end of the movie. Losing his whole family (and his dog) would have been a bigger excuse for Tommy to be in the nuthouse in the next movie.

Rob, but I liked several of the cast members in 4 actually. Glover goes out in style and the mom is spared a hatchet to the face on screen. The couple in the shower, disappointed for them their romance was short-lived. And mourned the loss of a nice piece of ass like Aronson.

All of them except Paul. Aside from openly flirting with the twin when he already had the hottest girl in the film by far, he committed the unforgivable crime of cutting off Crispin's legendary dance for some crappy love ballad.

I agree that this entry had more likeable characters overall. I felt worst for Sara I thought her character was sweet and her "in the glow" feel as she's having her first lovemaking experience was endearing & well played by actress Barbara Howard.
