You did pretty good, but you did miss a few.
4. With that question I meant what actor portrayed Indy other than Harrison. Their is only one, RIvers Phoenix from the beginning of Last
Crusade.
8. Crystal Skull, Indy directly killed only one person that whole movie. One of that films many problems.
16. Crystal Skulls do exist, they are almost certainly all forgeries but they do exist and some people claim they have some ancient origin.
The Ark is mentioned in the Bible and the Holy Grail is mentioned in the old Arthurian legends.
Now the Sankara stones from Temple of Doom are the only item that are completely made up.
20. He was being taken to Area 51.

It was Allison Doody from Last Crusade. She was 22 when she did that film.
25. That is not who we are looking for. It was William Hootkins. He was Porkins in Star Wars, Lt. Eckhardt in Batman (89)
and the government guy in Raiders. The guy with the pipe that goes, "Top Men."

I am guessing this is not an opinion question and it was the one that grossed the most? If so, I am going to say Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark. For me, I can relate to Temple of Doom and so I would say that that is best one (even though, I highly doubt most of West like it.)

You know, that is kind of a bummer. The shankara stones, themselves, are not an actual artifact; however, they are similar to the shiva linga. If you ever looked at a shiva linga and the fact that they tied those stones to shiva, it would make a bit more sense. But technically, yes, there is no such thing as a shankara stone.
