how did nancy mom died if it happens in nancy dream??
It didn't happen in Nancy's dream. When Freddy burned Marge in her bed, that happened in the real world. (Nancy had pulled Freddy out of the dream.)
and how did nancy came alive from the nightmare if she didnt kill freddy.

O.k., looks like I made a mistake. I assumed your statement
She woke up before Freddy could kill her and left spring wood
was referring to Marge because I missed the last question of the original poster and thought your statement refers directly to the question

She didn't come back to life because she was never killed.
She had Glen watch her while she slept and if anything happened, he was supposed to wake her up. She also had an alarm clock set to bring Freddy out of the dream, Freddy didn't kill her. And she wasn't sleeping/dreaming at that point.
