He may not have eaten or drunk anything yet. Also, Jenny may not even really have needed to pee. Maybe she just wanted to leave the message in the bathroom. She could have also been more nervous than him. He may also have wanted to pee but didn't recognise the sensation and what to do about it.

Not necessarily. As other posters have commented he hadn't had to go yet. She on the other hand would have already had food etc. in her system. He was like a new car of the show room floor, which hadn't yet had a full tank of fuel.

Well, if you noticed he never really needed to sleep either, and didn't really show any signs of exhaustion. The Starman himself is an energy being of some kind. The body we we him in for most of the movie was really nothing more than a spacesuit, so he probably only needed to get to know the basics (i.e. how to communicate). The only reason he really seemed to start eating was because Jenny convinced him to, after all, and seemed to just be doing it because he enjoyed it.
If Clint Eastwood and Chuck Norris got into a fight, Clint Eastwood would probably win.

He was slowly developing human urges and feelingsmaybe relieving himself just didn't develop yet..or maybe he did and it just didn't show him going because it is not important in the film.

Starman didn't eat or drink anything until he put the apple pie in his mouth at the truck stop.
As for me, at 58 and counting, I can go all day without relieving myself without any discomfort, and I'm a coffee drinker to boot.
