I agree, it was the best short story ever;
my fav line was James Woods watching The dead zone on TV and shouting "Who writes this crap?!"
fav scene was when the woman was in the cell, jumping on "96 tears" while Junk was laughing out loud. -

For me it has to be the scene where the troll goes back into the wall after the first fight with the cat. Just the way it screeches out MEOWWWWWWW and if you look closely, it does the hand gesture for beep you just as it meows. I fell to the floor laughing

This topic is so old but I'm gonna answer it anyway.
I liked the scene when the guy on the ledge kicks the pigeon and it made that strange honking noise.
Oh and when the little troll yells MEOW! after going back into the wall. Hilarious! -

This topic's even older now (but not nearly as old as this film), so I'll answer. I loved all the tongue in cheek humor, especially the nods to Stephen King (the Christine bumper-sticker, the "Dead Zone" on TV, the wife reading "Pet Sematary"). I loved all the segments, but unlike most people here, I think I liked the final one the most because of that cute troll (and the cuter cat).

Gah! I keep forgetting to request the DVD from the library! There is so much I seem to be forgetting about in this movie! I'd do it from this tablet I'm using, but they made some unfortunate changes to the website that make it harder to use on this crash-happy device.

I really love the vigour of the crazy man's taunts in the ledge! Reminded me of the joker in the old tv batman!

When Johnny Norris first starts to scale the building in the second act. Cressner, the fat casino owner, startles Johnny with his robe and shouts, "Boogie Boogie Boogie!" LMAO I always crack up at that scene.
