I find myself agreeing with Rhodes and cannot blame him up to a point.
He was right in that letting the zombies in for Dr. Freak to do his experiments on them was dangerous and wrong.
That would be like having your doors wide open with weapons on the table near the entrance living in a dangerous neighborhood.
Allowing the zombies in was asking for trouble and it doesn't make a lot of sense where they are in an underground bunker where they are supposed to protect themselves from them.
Where I disagree with Rhodes was his strong arm tactics such as threatening to kill Sara and then killing Dr. Freak and his assistant Igor later on.
Other than that, a good and thought provoking movie.

I think they were both right and both were wrong.
Rhodes was right in that the zombies were too dangerous. But he was wrong in how crazy he went.
Dr. Logan was right in that we needed to find some way to try and make the outbreak work for us instead of just staying underground forever. But he was wrong in that it would probably be doomed to failure.
So many stories, so little time.

Pretty much all of the deaths were Rhodes’ fault. He almost caused a shootout at the meeting that would have killed everyone, for starters. But his refusal to recognize that Miguel was going crazy and couldn’t handle the job was what doomed them all. And yes, murdering two people was uncalled for.
Logan went overboard by feeding the bodies of the soldiers to Bub without anyone knowing, and conducting insane, unethical experiments.
