I don't remember if it would be feasible in the bunker, but I've always liked what they did on The Walking Dead. Stand on one side of a chain link fence, and then one by one stab at the zombies' head to get the brain. This saves on ammo.
If it's all chaotic, then who knows. The bunker seemed more designed to keep things out than to provide adequate cover for a battle. Maybe look for some high ground where they couldn't climb.

Good idea of getting higher ground.
I guess in there that would be standing on top of a vehicle or the trailer home.
I suppose another way would be to get into one of those vehicles and drive to an open area while running over a few in the process.
It looks like it would be easier taking them down when they are spread out with some distance between you and them.

I really didn't like the remake of Dawn Of The Dead and how the zombies moved fast. I'm pleased the terrific
The Walking Dead
, kept the more feasible Romero style sluggish zombies.

, maybe switch out Andrew Lincolns sweet placards with some of my own making so while he is standing there showing Kiera Knightly what he
thinks
are sweet messages with a big dumbass smile in his face, he will actually be showing her stuff like
