She was 28 in 1985, which means she was 8 in 1965, meaning: she's a year older than Susan Cowsill. Interesting.

Agree
This was
very
common in the 80's teenie movies, and hell even today, to have actors in the early-mid 20's portraying teens. The majority of the Breakfast Club was in their mid-20's.
In fact other than several movies with the Coreys (License to Drive, Lost Boys), I can't really think of any teenie movies of the 80's, where teenagers actually
were
teens.
And probably the worst offender was Grease:
Olivia Newton-John (Sandy) was 30.
Jeff Conaway (Kenickie) was 28.
Didi Conn (Frenchie) was 27.
Annette Charles (Cha Cha) was 30.
Stockard Channing (Rizzo) was 34!!!
Ironically, at 24 years old, John Travolta was one of the
youngest
of the Ridell High Schoolers, other than Dinah Manoff (Marty Maraschino) who was 20. -

Good point.the guy was freaking balding in high school for goodness sakes.
Not to mention Terry's boyfriend Kevin, who was supposed to be a college yuppie, was 30.
Arye Gross who played nerdball Willie, was 25. -

I would like to make two observation. First, her body definitely doesn't look like an 18 year old, that's for sure!! Her body is too matured and developed, and complete with a little cottage cheese(cellulite)on her legs. Which was evident during the bathing suit scene. Go back and see for yourself. Secondly, I'm astounded by how her body looks for the 80's. I think her body is a head of it's time. That body would hold up even in the 21st century, only because people of today are more work out conscious. It appeared that she did some sort of weight training or cross-fit training. Let's not forget working-out and cross-fit training certainly wasn't mainstream in the 80's. Furthermore, woman's bodies back in the 80's were more buxom and voluptuous. That's just my opinion because I was in my sexual prime in the 80's. Her body to me looks more harder and leaner, except for those few dimples on her buttocks(lol). Do you agree or disagree?
