The Most Memorable Moments in the Film….

Without a doubt, the best part is the sunrise moment when the two of them see each other in the flesh and try to touch. The music there is incredible (and not on the soundtrack, dammit), and Navarre's scream is heartbreaking.
The hawk flying in slow motion across the water, with its wing tips just barely skimming the water's surface, is a gorgeous shot.
When Isabeau falls off the tower and transforms - I think her scream morphing into the hawk's cry is outstanding.
Navarre praying alone in the meadow. ("Please.")
Screws fall out all the time, the world is an imperfect place.

There are so many good moments in this movieyou can pick up something new each time it is viewed.
I'm going to have to pull this movie out and watch it again!

I think my favorite part in a lot of ways is when Mouse is talking to Navarre about the strange "dream" he had last night. We see that Navarre isn't all that interested until Mouse mentions that Isabelle spoke. Some of my favorite lines are in the scene "I've waited a long time for such a lady." and his statement that he believes in dreams. Rutger says it in a fairly calm voice but he's a good enough actor that you can see the longing in him. I just like a scene where the acting is subtle and they don't have to hit you in the face with it.

Yes, when they could actually see each other as their human form but still couldn't even touch each other.
I cried at that scene. And then Nevarre had to say 'Every moment you spend with her, I envy you.' Bawl Bawl Bawl
