I actually don't mind this movie at all. It's fun to watch, and I absolutely love the NOES films. Does anyone else think that Grady, or even the actor, as the main character might have been better? I know Jesse isn't meant to be super handsome, athletic, charismatic, and all of those things but I don't know. I just feel like Robert Rusler/Ron Grady was more interesting than Jesse. He conveyed terror a bit more and had a stronger presence in my opinion.

Watching this again tonight I have to agree that Grady should at least have had a bigger presence in the film. He's such a bro but he's also a very interesting archetype as he relates to Jesse; has no actual bone to pick from the beginning, invites him to a movie to forget his troubles, let's him sleep over just because. He's actually a pretty sweet guy.

Agree. Like others have mentioned, Grady is a nice guy. Think about how weird and sometimes rude Jesse is but he still forgives him. It's nice to see a popular jock character who isn't an beep A shame they killed him off
