I think he was referring to the character. The memorial in the restaurant:
      BORN 5 DEC, 1937
      DIED 11 JAN, 1974

Large Marge reminded me of that woman escapee on the Andy Griffith Show (Convicts at Large) I think her named was Maude Tyler. I know that's not the same person but they looked identical.

If she's only in her mid 30s then she didn't age all that good during her lifespan. She looks twice her age.

Her ghost must age. That's the only real explanation.

I'd say trucking is a grueling way to make a living, myself.
I did see Alice Nunn in a one-scene role in the excellent early 80s tv-movie 'Dark Night of the Scarecrow', which I recommend to anyone who'll put up with my zealous yammering.

The memorial said she was born December 1937. The year this movie takes place is around 1984-1985. That would make her around 46-47 assuming she was still alive and was not a ghost.
She still looks a bit old for that age though. Good catch.

Who would want to be a baby-faced 50 year old and your ghost never age either. Like a Dorian Gray without the painting in the attic.

I was unaware. The US census lists her as dying in a fire back in 1877'.

It also said she died in January when one day later (two at most) there were Day of the Dead celebrations when Pee Wee was in Texas, which would have put the date as Halloween (or November first since DotD is a two day thing, or even October 30th if the trip to Texas from there was two days).
