Come on, admit it the more you watch the film, the funnier it gets. Being from Sheffield, do you recognize anything?

Anyone that would watch this over and over and find enjoyment w/ this type of movie probably has some serious emotional problems and more than likely causes some form of harm to themselves like cutting, pulling hair or maybe even takes enjoyment in harming others. I really feel sorry for you and hope you can find more pleasant things to do w/ your time. This is just my opinion & whatever you do, if you feel a sense to harm someone, please seek help.

Well, the film obviously had an emotional impact on you, or you wouldn't watch it so much, and laughter is a very common way to digest the horrific (ever meet a paramedic?), so not that surprising! I also imagine you're probably too young to have grown up in the 80's when this was all too real

Late reply I'm sorry, I didn't think to look for replies.
So in summery, yes I recognise a lot of the places in Threads, they knocked that City Hall building down in the early 00's though so it's lost one of its creepy mausoleumsoh and Woolworths, you see that blow up.
I've stopped watching Threads nowI've not watched it for about ten monthsoh and no I'm not young, I grew up with all this horrible oppressive stuffin Sheffield.
