Do you agree with me that Night Slasher is one of the evilest villains?

Definitely the Night Slasher. Remember in the movie one of his victims was a sexually assaulted child! He would have annihilated anyone that stood in his way. And not just kill them, but literally butcher them with that implement of hell, the brass-knuckle dagger he carried.

NS all the way. He was a total sexual sadist and got off inflicting pain and death on his innocent victims. Besides, actor Brian Thompson was perfect for the role and really did look and act extremely menacing. Hannibal Lecter was a choirboy compared to him!

Totally disagree. I define evil a different way than most people define evil and if someone kills people even for a reason he's evil. Plain and simple. He killed a sexually assaulted child. Now if you hurt a kid even for a reason you need to have your arms amputated. I mean that. Same thing if you kill a woman. Even if it's for a reason. Murder is never justified. So according to how I define evil (you define evil differently) if you hurt a woman or a child you are evil. Even if you do it for a reason.

Oh come on. You're making it sound like this is a deep and meaningful character rather than just a ridiculous and woefully underwritten cardboard cut out bad guy in an outrageously cheesy film.
Don't get me wrong, I think this movie is extremely enjoyable, but pretty much in a so bad its good way, and the villain is more amusing than sinister.
