Living in British Columbia, Canada. He's one of the most sweetest, nicest, down to earth guys you could ever meet but he's put the past behind him and likes his privacy and says he would never come back to acting which to me that's unfortunate because he truly was a rising star and if he came back he could go far. He had a hard life after Flight of the Navigator and is now trying to make it better. Before i met Joe i often asked myself "I wonder what happened to that kid from Flight of the Navigator?" so that's why i thought i'd share this with everyone.
As for the movie, since i'm a total kid at heart i loved it when it came out and i still do and think it's an 80's classic. -

thanks for the info, i was curious about what happened to him myself.
i just finished watching Navigator again (at work, haha! its a slow day and i have my own office!) and i felt myself turning back into a kid just from watching it. its an amazing piece of 80s kids movies.

I just finished watching the film myself. I've probably seen the film over 10 times! Im 19 and can say i absoloutely love the film. I only did a search on the film because i was also curious what Joey Cramer might of been doing now. Its a shame really that he never continued to act because he was amazing in Flight Of The Navigator. Also im glad i did a search on the film because i never knew that Joey was a Canadian to be honest, thought he might of been American. Anyway from someone across the Atlantic in London i will say that it is one of my favorite movies of all time. I just love the scene when he is flying the flying saucer when the 'Beach Boys' come on 'I Get Around' lol

Everyone's been asking where Joey Cramer is and i answered this question a looooooong time ago. Read what i wrote the first time and i'm also now adding that he's not married and to my knowledge he doesn't have kids. He still keeps in contact with the Director of Flight of the Navigator but doesn't want to return to acting but has thought about a sequel but nothing for sure.

The 'Where is Joey Cramer' title, did make me almost think that would be an interesting advertising campaign for the film.
All these movie posters showing a missing persons flier for David, saying where he was last scene, the date, etc.
