Yes, if he signed a confidentiality agreement, and especially one that specified social media exposure, true. However, that does not detract from the fact that ahem SOMEONE on this board felt it necessary to seek out this company, to grab screencaps of posts and pics here, and go to the lengths of contacting the company. Why do that? What's in it for you?
Someone who has some type of vendetta or nothing better to do but mess with someone's life. The company didn't find this out on their own, but this was very specifically brought to their attention, and EXCLUSIVELY using FILMBOARDS posts.
That is calculated and vindictive and petty as ****.
