He was really awful, how did he get hired to be a lead in this movie? He sounded like he was reading all his lines off cue cards.

He was the lead actresses' real life son. I guess it was a package deal.

Wow I didn't realise he was Karen Blacks' son, she wasn't that great in this but I've liked her in a lot of other movies - her son is no Henry Thomas or Haley Joel Osment that's for sure, he wasn't good enough to carry this Film.
