I don't remember anything about this movie except for how bad it was, and how loud my friend and I laughed when a general seemed like he was going to shout something really inspiring and came out with, "Get the winches!"

One that got me laughing was at the start when the still unaltered cops are going up the hill and one says "Gee, I haven't been up here since I was a kid." Gee? Really?
