I remember when they filmed this movie, it was at my elementary school in LA. It was done while we were on summer break and i remember going to the school with some friends to play basketball and someone telling us that we couldn't play there because they were filming a movie, but the guy said if we stood there we could watch them film some scenes. I remeber thinking it was cool, but i was pretty pissed that i couldn't play basketball.
After an hour the guy came over to us and said if we got our parents to fill out a permission slip we could be extras the next day. He told us to wear our school clothes and bring a backpack. I ran home and begged my parents to let me and they said yes, but one of my other friends' fathers was a prick and would not let him be an extra. It was fun, we basically just ran around in the background and made noise. We got a free lunch and met the main kid. After a couple of hours they said we could go and after a week or so they were gone. It was a very cool expierence, but i still wished i could've played basketball! -

What's even more funny was that I was one of the extras for this movie and I was there at the school for filming! Wow that was a long time ago. I was in a few of the scenes, at the school, on a bus with the other kids, in the classroom. My friends and I from Toluca Lake Elementary school were all extras in it.
One of my good friends from my elementary was the kid who played Rocky's son in Rocky IV.

I could have been an extra in "The Ring 2," but it was about two hours away, and during school, so it would have been hard to do. Also "The Hunted" and "Elephant," but I really don't want to be an extra in that movie.
