I think it would have been more convincing if at the end Jack was younger and better looking. I feel if Whoopi turned round to see the one from the film in real life, she would be really disappointed

I agree the fbi office guy would have been a good choiceI cant imagine terri and jack would have dated or anything, they didn't seem to look right together.
I wish we had a 2nd movie would have loved that, this movie made a good amount of money for a sequel
infact the movie was actually written with shelly long in mind for the main character and was going to hopefully be atleast 3 movies but this movie had a lot of production problems and script changes and shelly was out of the picture that's how whoopi got the movie..for which I am very glad, just a shame they did not make another one. -

Yeah b/c after all it's ALL about looks, EVERYONE in real life is a super model,
Ppl don't seem to realize those looks are gonna FADE one day and all you will have left is personality.
Create a society in which you would like to live, not knowing what you're going to come into it as. -

I just think ppl put too much emphasis on LOOKS, and try too hard to dictate who deserves to be with whom and who doesn't deserve who.
Unless you're Barbara Eden or Dolly Parton, when you're 90 years old, you're not gonna be that attractive, or at least what society considers attractive.
Maybe Terry found Jack attractive, different ppl like different things and have different things they find attractive.
My cousin who is an attractive girl likes sickly-looking, pale, skinny guys. I say Go for it, what ever anyone likes!
