Are people going to sue the producers of films like K-9 and Turner and Hooch because there are scenes where attack dogs bite men in the groin area? Egads.
I guess that should be filed as 'Kinky Bestiality Sexual Abuse by an Animal' and people would say; 'If a man bit a dog there, it wouldn't be funny! Double standard!'

The bite would not have been effective BUT he could have bitten her on the boob, That is VERY painful I've heard.
I've heard a woman getting hit in the chest is about the equivalent to a man getting hit in the balls.
The OP brings up a good point, would it be funny the other way around.

Well now, let's see - the man whose winkie gets munched arranged to have the Whoopi Goldberg character kidnapped, drugged against her will, tortured and had every intention of killing her off as well once she cancelled the transmission. He was holding her against her will and inflicting pain on her, as well as threatening her with a weapon.
So, since she was pretty much helpless except for her teeth, and in a position where that was the part she could inflict the most pain upon, she defended herself in the only way available to her.
Oddly enough, there was a REAL LIFE case in New York not too long after this movie came out where a man raped a woman and then attempted to force her to perform oral sex on him. He had beaten her, abducted her and held her at knifepoint. When she had the opportunity, she bit his genitals completely OFF and then ran to the nearest police station.
Was anyone upset or rushing to defend the poor rapist who got emasculated? No - people wanted to give the woman a medal. Same kind of thing - you abuse someone enough, don't be surprised if they aren't particularly kind and gentle in defending themselves.
Johnrimmer, why not consider the fact that it's just a movie? Just repeat to yourself that it's not real. -

Its not meant to me male bashing. Hes a two faced killer that tried to frame Jack flash for something. He tried to kill her and "shoot her in the legs" she is trying to save Jack from death and he is the VILLAIN
so he deserves to have his Genitals Bitten. I mean he is tangling with a woman and she goes for the Jugular

I know it's been half a decade since this thread started, but please. Women get victimized horribly in films all the time, and there are not "complaints galoure".
Lisa Bonet's character in
Angel Heart
was killed with a gun fired 'down there'. That was released just one year after this. The firing was not shown but just seeing her lying dead and hearing that's what happened was way grosser than this.
