Uuuuuuuuh tough one.
But I dont think Peggy felt actually violated, thus raped ? She was just very unhappy because she wasnt in the mood for it. But she definitely wants sex with Al. In fact usually she complaints without end that Al doesnt want to have sex with her.
What I dont get is why Peggy didnt get the clue and would do houswork in front of Al whenever she wanted sex from him, because obviously that would turn him on massively.

Lol but see isn't that kinda r@pey? If someone isn't in the mood but is kinda forced to do it and repeatedly? I know peg usually was ticked because Al wouldn't do her but she really didn't wanna do it. But I still like that episode lol

She basically does but it really was just meant to be a funny scene. Sadly today everything is seen in a negative light, it's rape, it's racism, it's whatever.
And also Peggy did basically rape Al a couple times too, like when she was became pregnant in season 6 (al was unconscious and she jumped on him) -

As for that particular episode.. I don't think he forced her.. if she was adamant that she didn't want too I'm pretty sure Al would have backed off.. -

Let's say it does count as rape, it was only 3-4 times anyway. Only? That's right, because Peg throughout the series forced a very unwilling (and often times tearful) Al to have sex with her. And on more than one occasion she took him completely by surprise! Now I don't want to make a big deal out of something that was clearly supposed to be funny, but in all fairness, Al was the one who was absolutely violated many more times.
So hey, I'd say it's ok that he turned the tables on Peg that one time.
