Looking for the title to a film between 2006-2010 (could have come out earlier), which was shown on the IFC channel and it might be a foreign film.One scene a group being lead through a forest/mountain area by a dark skinned man.It seems that he has intentions on killing them.The only other scene I have to go on is a women escaping by swimming through water in a cave. I've been told it is Not The Descent, The Cave, or the Sanctum.
Any ideas?

Just finished watching it not that great and too much underwater and bad camera. Movies is just too dark camera wise.
