So our menacing killer is Andreas Katsulas, who played G'Kar on Babylon 5! He was a fascinating character on that show, going from villain to saint and from hatred of Londo and all Centauri (for good reason) to Londo's ally (if not friend). He always gives an excellent performance.

This actor did not scare me at all in this movie.
However, I blame this more on Ridley Scott & the editor. They made him like Nosferatu with close-ups of glaring eerie face, etc. I know Katsulas is cast for his face, but still his performance in this was very much like a silent movie.
Of course he had a couple of juicy scenes where he threatens Clare face-to-face. Cue the spooky music.
