According to IMDB the scene where the woman appears on the screen while Skroob is at the toilet was missing from the British release. But I had it on video and that scene was in it. I'm wondering where IMDB got that information from or has anyone seen a video (or the cinema release) with that scene missing?

Maybe it was an older video release. In the 90s and later on, many movies have been rereleased uncut in the UK after the BBFC finally got a bit loser.

No. I bought it the first day it ever came out on sale. 9.99 from W.H.Smith's. It was on the MGM Box Office label.
