Please, you can't even come up with reasons to back up what you are saying and cleary just want attention. IV had terrible production value and action scenes even for it's time while Man of Steel was the complete opposite. IV's plot and writing was also much worse such as that massive plot hole with Superman's hair. Then there is the heavy headed "nukes are bad" message.

At least this movie represented Superman, not an unrelated character with the same name.
And at least it featured Clark Kent.
Man of Steel sucks, Quest for Peace is worse, but only because of production values. Quest for Peace still at least is true to the Superman character. Man of Steel was not.

I'm more convinced than ever before that people who tout a movie's "soul" have literally nothing in mind when they say it. You might as well say it has "zazz," "that certain je ne sais quoi" or "flurmblebrrrgen."
That's about the nicest thing I can say about Supes IV . . "The Quest for Peace . . that movie was chock full o' flurmblebrrrgen!"I have meddled with the primal forces of nature and I will atone.
