At the bottom of the actress' page is a yellow "Edit Page" button.
When I had to edit my page once, the change was instant, but when I edited someone else's page at the same time (it was the same incorrect movie title). The change took a few days to happen.

If you're talking about changing/editing filmography credits, please be advised that IMDb has strict rules about what counts as a credit and how it should be submitted to the database. Submitting data about a (movie/TV/video/etc.) project is a painstaking process that must be precise and error-free, and is preferably done via the title's main page, not via the actor's page.
If you're talking about changing/editing your biography, birthdate and other (public) "personal" data, you (or any other IMDb user) can use the "EDIT PAGE" button at the bottom of your IMDb Biography page.
I have no experience with IMDbPro, and I'm also not an actor or crew member myself.
