I saw it in theatre and i liked it. Even though i absolutely hate tuesday knight as kristin. Arquette is the only Kristin. But the movie is generally very cheesy and loathsome which i dont mind sometimes.

I didn't see it during the original theatrical run - I was 2 at the time - but I've been to two all-"Nightmare"-athons in LA they've had in the last two years, plus a midnight reunion screening three years ago for the 25th anniversary.

I saw it in the theater 3 times. I was 13, and 1988 was the first year we had a movie theater in my town, so part 4 was the first one in the series I got to see in the theater. And I made the most of it!

I didn't. I was 7 when this movie came out too and I was too scared of Horror movies to see that at the time and the first Nightmare On Elm Street movie I saw in cinemas was New Nightmare.

Yep, I saw this one in the theater. I was sixteen at the time.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.
