I thought he spoke much better english than I used to hear him speak in other movies. Im so used to hear him speak with a french accent that I got quite suprised

Nope, not dubbed. His English is perfect. It's probably the character role that didn't know English.
He speaks fluent Turkish, Greek, French (France NOT Canadienne) and English. He can also communicate in Italian and Spanish.
